WBN (War Brokers News) is a community project in the official Discord server that has been running since 2020. The WBN Reporter outfit is a special fan-made outfit made to commemorate the project and its writers/journalists. It was add with v498 (Dec 19, 2023).
The outfit was a collaborative work with the devs. The devs provided a hat and vest displaying the term "press", while the pencil to go over the left ear was made by the user Zorka. The proposed outfit and matching head was designed by the user EncryptR_. While most of the provided assets made it to the game, the heads did not.
Main contributors of the WBN project received a special code to use that would grant them the outfit. This was a restricted code that would only work for specific accounts the devs gave access to, similar to staff codes that only work for moderation accounts.
