It is a black suit and black sunglasses, similar to the "dank sunglasses" or "deal with it" sunglasses, from a well-known meme. This skin was available for purchase in the store during the event for 1300 coins. The meme sunglasses are also used by the Rhode Island State Trooper. During the Area 15 event, the bot skins were changed to the secret agent outfit.
