Ripcord Ranger is one of two outfits that sold for the cheapest price of 200 coins (the other being I. Will Chute). It included the blue skydiving suit and one of the war paint heads seen in the Forest Camo outfit. Both of these could be earned from the legacy Uniform Crate and Face Crate.
