The Pilot is the only outfit from missions that has zero sales or default cosmetics. It is made up of cosmetics from the Person Crate 3 (found from missions 187-190 & 247). It was also possible to obtain this outfit through the legacy Face Crate, Gear Crate, and Uniform Crate.
Due to obtainability being limited to late missions, not a large number of players have collected this free outfit.
