Released on 22 December 2017, Office is one of WarBroker's most iconic close-quarters maps.
Layout[]
Office is the inside of a mall connected to an upstairs office, garage, and subway station. On the first floor, there are many shops around escalators that usually have a lot of action, as its where you would confront your enemy the most. The second floor is where the many long corridors and office cubicles are found. One team spawns on the train platform in the subway on the south end of the map, while the other team spawns in the garage on the north side. There are also many smaller tunnels and hallways that connect different rooms on this map.
Strategies[]
There are two main routes between each team's spawns. The first is through a long subway tunnel that directly connects the two spawn areas. The second is through the center of the map. Snipers are quite effective in the long subway tunnel but most combat on this map is close quarters. Grenades are very useful on this map, particularly when cooked for maximum CQC efficiency. Grenades can easily deal huge amounts of damage to enemies who might be camping at the escalator or elevator shafts. Laser trip mines are also a great form of explosive device players can setup as traps to kill unexpected enemy players.
Suggested weapons[]
Since the map itself is small and has corners all over the place, we suggest using short-range weapons with high damage and/or high firing rate.
Some suggested weapons are the Shotgun, Crossbow, Tactical Shotgun, VSS, Revolver, VEK SMG and the Regular SMG, as those are all ideal weapons for close quarters combat and/or weapons well suited for holding corners and sightlines. Some uncommonly used but useful weapons in this map are the Sniper Rifle, hunting rifle and crossbow, which are the most effective in tunnels or the long corridors of the second floor. In addition, assault rifles work well due to their overall versatility at all ranges.
