When a player accesses this tab from within a server, they will prompt a pop-up asking confirmation to change server. Confirmation leads to the server select screen.

Interestingly, despite modes being separated and accessed via the banners on the Mode Selection menu, Classic will still show servers for 4v4 and Dead City modes. This is not mirrored for those modes; they will only show servers for their respective modes. Battle Royale is the only mode to be properly separated from other modes.

Item/accessory selection screen

The Player menu is where players customize everything relating to their character; player skin, weapon loadout and skins, username, and vehicle skins. It is the default tab—when accessing the menu via the keyboard shortcut (M), the menu opens to the Player menu. By default, the menu will open to the item select screen. From here, players may choose from their accessories that they wish to equip; items are listed in the order they were obtained. Players may switch between item pages using the arrows on either side of the visible inventory should they own more than 24 items. Any items equipped can be previewed on the player model on the right.

Additional vanity options are found in sub-menus found within a column of options along the left of the menu. Players may navigate these sub-menus to change their outfit, head, emblem, flag, and emote. Outfits are the primary skin of the player and cover the torso, arms, and legs. Heads are separate to the outfit, however usually have a matching outfit that they were bundled with in a pack (unless obtained from a crate).

Equipped emblems will display on vehicles and equipped emblem patches—left shoulder and torso.

Equipped flags will display on vehicles, equipped flag patches and bandanas, and parachutes.

Players who like to change their appearance often based on the situation, or like to cycle through various appearances, may save up to 10 presets that can be loaded at any time. Presets don't save everything though, some aspects such as emblem color are based on client settings.

Players may also customize the appearance of vehicles beyond the universal emblem and flag equips. Vehicle customization is accessed via icons at the top of the menu and display their own set of skins for the body of the vehicle, as well as items that adorn the exterior. Similar to player customization, changes to the appearance of a vehicle are previewed on a model in the lower right corner. These changes do not apply to all vehicles, but only those that you enter.

Available loadout options

While the majority of the Player tab is for vanity purposes, the most-important feature is the Loadout sub-menu. From here, players control which weapons they would like to use in Classic and Competitive 4v4. Primary and secondary weapons all pull from the same pool of weapons, while the remaining options have weapons unique to its category. While equipping weapons, players may additionally choose to equip any owned skins for the weapon—previewed on the weapon model on the right. Weapon skins are separate to presets.

Shop[]

The Shop menu is where players may purchase and use coins—either bought or earned. Available items, skin packs, weapon skins, vehicle skins, and emotes are shown in the middle. The name of the item is displayed at the top, while the price is found beneath the preview model. Clicking on an item will open up a preview that can be rotated and will display all items included in purchase—especially relevant to packs. From here, players may choose to confirm the purchase or return to the shop menu.

A text box for codes can be found at the bottom of the menu. This box allows players to enter codes to redeem items. Currently, the only public code is "freecrate". It gives players a free crate. The main use for the box is to redeem exclusive items—these being private codes for various items, the most-common of which being squad emblems.

Friends[]

The Friends screen

The Friends menu is where players may add and remove friends, join friends or fellow squad members, and control the extent to which players may join them. All player names found within this menu will display as black (free) or orange (Steam) text. The first dropdown menu shows fellow squad members (if enabled) who are online, followed by friends who are online. The server they are in will display next to their name. Players may join any online players by clicking Join, remove the selected player from the friend list, or refresh the list of online players.

The second dropdown shows inbound friend requests. From here, players may accept or decline requests and refresh for new requests.

The third dropdown is for outbound requests. A player may open this dropdown within a server they are in to view the list of players in that server. From there, they may select a name and hit Request to send them a friend request. If the player they wish to friend is not present in the server they are playing in, they may use the search bar above it to filter for names. Filtering can be inconsistent in finding players, and does not account for names that are common to multiple accounts. The most-effective method of friending the correct individual is to send a request from within a shared server.

The bottom dropdown showcases a feature for streamers and players who would like players to join them without needing to friend anyone. Each player has a code generated which can be shared with others by enabling the URL, copying the URL, and sending it. For streamers, the URL does not need to be sent to people as the URL displays in the top left of their screen—any viewers that wish to join may refer to the link on the streamer's stream. Note that the URL is always active, even if the URL toggle is off. The toggle only toggles the visibility of the URL on the player's screen. If players wish to remove the ability for others to join them via their URL, they may generate a new code via the Refresh button and keep the URL secret.

Squads Menu

Squad Menu

Squads[]

The Squads menu is for squads, as the name suggests. You can create, join, find squad members, and see your squad members here. The top dropdown is where you can create a squad. It costs 100 coins each time you create a squad. The second dropdown, after creating your squad, shows your squad members. You can also see your squad members's stats by clicking on "Stats". Squad Member Requests is where you can join a squad, however, you have to be at least level 25 to join. The final dropdown box says "Find Someone"; this is for Squad Leaders only. Leaders can invite other players into their squad.

Stats[]

The Stats menu is where players may access their stats page. This menu will only give a slight summary of the stats—only showing the level and experience of the player—and is adorned with a large banner that directs the player to their stats page. Accessing stats from within the account itself will guarantee the correct page, and can give access to a page that doesn't show in the search engine yet.

Missions[]

Missions screen from the server selection menu

The Missions menu is where players find active missions. Missions are an achievement system in the game that give players various tasks for the opportunity to earn coins and crates. There are 247 missions, though the 247th is infamous for being practically impossible; this leads some to say there are 246.

Up to three missions may be active at any given time. Missions will display in numerical order and display objectives, progress towards objectives, and the reward for completion of the mission. Missions can be skipped by paying coins.

Players may only view their active missions by joining any server, and may alternatively view them at the bottom of the player list/leaderboard (accessed via Tab or `).

Crates[]

The Crates menu is where players may view and open any owned crates. These could be earned via missions, rewarded from codes, or earned during events. Players used to have the ability to buy crates.

By clicking the i icon above a crate, a player may preview all possible rewards in the crate and the rarity of them. There are no duplicate rewards. If a player has 11 out of 13 possible rewards in a crate, they will only unbox one of the remaining options. There is no reward for players who own all items in a crate; the number of crates will be exhausted. Because of this, there is no point to opening a crate that you own all items of other than to clear them out of your inventory. Players may choose to ignore them or unbox them for the sake of removing them.

Help[]

The Help menu is accessed via the ? icon in the top right of the menu. This menu is for players who need help with game controls and/or how to play various game modes.

Settings[]

The Settings menu is access via the cog/gear icon in the top right of the menu. Players may customize their controls, mouse sensitivity, volume, graphical settings, and more from this menu. Color sliders on the bottom left allow the player to control the color of their reticle and emblem; the latter being the only vanity option outside of the Player menu.
