There are two Knife Items, one for the arm and one for the leg. The Arm Knife (bottom) was a Moderator/Developer exclusive until March 3, 2021, similar to the Green Glowing Eyes. The Leg Knife (top) was available during the Father's Day Event (2019) free with play and the Mother's Day Event (2020) with the GI Jane skin. they were also available in the store for 300 coins in March 2021.
