The Glitch Skin refers to a series of skins in the game which are bugged, and appear as a default grey. Few players own the skins, and it is unknown if they will ever be fixed (actually given a mapped skin).
While three of them used to be obtainable, the most notable one is an unreleased outfit that appears to be a skin along the lines of a captain of a cruise liner. It can be safely assumed that it will remain an unreleased and cut outfit.
In v503 a blank gray icon was added to replace the ones below and reflect the outfit's true appearance. When this was implanted it became even harder to own this skin as Joja15 also removed it from ADC (Alien Dead City) crates.
The only way to equip the Glitch Skin now is if you had it saved in the 'Load' section in-game, meaning even if you own this skin you won't be able to equip it if you don't have it saved.
