The Bandana item was available during the Cinco de Mayo 2019, New Frontier, and Flag Day events. It is a customizable bandana that uses the player's currently selected flag; similar to the flag patches. Each flag can be purchased individually for as little 20 coins, with some some costing 100 or even 200 coins.
Following the market rebalance, the Flag Bandana has been sold in the shop alongside a flag for 150 coins. The flag it is paired with depends on the time of sale. When sold in following Cinco de Mayo events, it has sold with the Mexican flag, and when on its own it has sold with the Checkered flag.
Owners of the Steam version of the game receive the Flag Bandana as a free/default item.
