The Colonel R. E. Tired skin was released as part of the Skin Pack Challenge hosted by developer Rocky Balboa. Unlike most skins, these were to be created using pre-existing items. This outfit includes a cool tank top shirt with green pants, as well as the Hunter's Cap, Bandolier, Wrist Watch, Arm knife, Leprechaun Shoes, and Right Thigh Holster.
