The chest radios are two cosmetics that were originally obtained through gear crates. One is positioned on the left of a player's chest, while the other is positioned on the right. They can both be equipped at the same time.
The radios are nearly identical, however have some differences to tell them apart such as their color.
Since the removal of gear crates, players now obtain these radios from the shop for 100 coins each, or as a free reward by signing into the Steam version of the game. While they are a Steam reward, they are not Steam-exclusive.
