The Biker was available during the First Anniversary event for money. It has never been resold, making it one of the rarer outfits in the game. A cyborg version of the Biker was released in the Raid Area 15 event a year later as the Cyborg Biker. This cyborg version used the same base skin but had a different head paired with the Red Glowing Eyes accessories. Since the Cyborg Biker has been sold multiple times, the skin itself in the Biker outfit it not particularly rare, but rather the biker head has high rarity.
It is unlikely that the outfit will be brought into the store for another appearance.
