~ The Airstrike Operator
Air Strike[]
The Air Strike is one of two special weapons, the other being the BGM.

Design[]
It is a bright orange radio with a black antenna, black display, and dark orange mouthpiece. The air strike itself is made up of six missiles that are identical to the BGM/Homing Missiles. They form a rough circle and hit the general area where clicked, making a loud whooshing sound as it does so.
After calling for the strike, the voice of the airstrike operator is heard while indistinct radio chatter plays. 2-3 seconds later, the sound of an unseen plane flying overhead is heard before the missiles hone in on the specified spot and make contact with the target.
Performance[]
The Air Strike is a special weapon that occupies the 7th slot in your hotbar. After use, it starts a 10-minute cooldown. The Air Strike is ideal to use for hard-to-reach clusters of enemies, obliterating enemies easily most of the time. If you miss, there is still a small chance that the missiles damage the enemy, even though they can still survive after the attack.
The Air Strike can usually be used one time per round since the cooldown is 10 minutes (which is the length of one Classic Mode match), making it almost impossible to use it again.

Tactics[]
- Air Strikes are most effectively used against campers, snipers and tanks, as they are slow moving and make easy targets for airstrikes. Simply point directly at the target (or the ground below it) and call on the airstrike.
- It is not recommended to use this against singular enemies that are on foot and on the move, as their path is unpredictable and are too agile to hit. Try to look for enemies grouped together in a stationary spot.
- Beware of accidentally killing yourself with the missile downpour if using it for close air support purposes.
