A. Lotta Ribbonz is a military officer outfit. It is perhaps the easiest outfit a player can get outside the Default Soldier, despite not being the cheapest outfit possible to buy.
The outfit can be purchased for a low 300 coins in the shop, or it can be obtained via crates. The entire outfit is available specifically through the Person Crate 2 obtained via missions, and via the code: freecrate. The outfit has three different skin color variations; however, these are all not equally available. The hat was additionally part of the legacy gear crate, while the three outfits were in the legacy uniform crate (which was a minimum of 1100 coins in the old market; more if you collect the other skin tones).
