Its a cycle I would say.
The more older members of the community left and arent active anymore. That is gradually being replaced by more younger members?? If that's the correct way to put it.

Too much animation, too much time honestly. Considering that this game is a part time thing to the devs, they would not pursue it. Not a bad idea tho.
I have gotten that quite a few times, not sure if its a bug or not.
